end of the world

Is this the end of the world?
I don't think so,
it seems that the world has been always this way,
it  is not actually the world
it is us living here,
doing our important human things,
our stupid human things,
day after day,
growing and growing and growing
in front of our tv set, our i phones, my notepad,
I know, if you're not part of the solution you're also
a piece of shit.
so we're here, side by side
waiting for the end of the world,
but laughing inside

secretly
we believe
we are immortals
